Excellent customer service and high quality automotive care. My 2013 MB C-250 was leaking oil and a first quote elsewhere wanted to replace my entire Turbo for an exorbitant rate. GAD was a second quote. Turns out the Turbo is just fine. Fixed the oil leak and brought to my attention the need to replace spark plugs and coils as it was not accelerating as it should, it was time. Not sure where to begin. I found Genuine on YouTube and the funny shorts they were making. Seemed like a good wholesome crew of people that I’d prefer to support as opposed to a dealership that wants to make me wait 2 weeks just to diagnose my car.
